TIU Obtains shelf in Parliament Library

Transparency International Uganda in partnership with Parliament of the Republic of Uganda has acquired a shelf in the parliament library. This initiative is aimed at strengthening and effectively promoting transparency, integrity and good governance through information sharing of our publications at national level, but also assist Members of Parliament make informative debates on national issues geared to sustainable development. The strategic focus areas for Transparency International Uganda include; Health, Education, Private sector and Extractive industries. With a number of publications that include; Protecting Business in Uganda Against Corruption, Tackling corruption a reference handbook for anticorruption activists in Uganda, Tracking expenditure and Utilisation of Primary Education Funds in Northern Uganda, Mapping Transparency and Integrity Risks in Health Service Delivery in Uganda among others. All these publications have been well researched and in them are findings and recommendations to be followed for a sustainable transparent and steady growth.
